Service Availability

  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified

  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice

  • Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by SkyAutomation and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or create derivative works

  • Reverse engineer our software or services

  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices

Privacy and Data Protection

Call Recording and Consent

Our AI services may record calls for quality assurance and service improvement. By using our services, you agree to obtain proper consent from all parties before recording calls in accordance with applicable laws.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SKYAUTOMATION SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL.

Indemnification
